BEING WICHITA WOMEN
The vision for Being Wichita Women was to create a space in which dynamic women could experience some degree of healing by sharing a personal story exploring resilience and healing in the face of trauma and adversity. The goals included providing a space for authentic storytelling, highlighting diverse stories while being grounded in anti-racism, and producing a book that could inspire, ignite, comfort, and connect its readers.
